These few words may seem superficial but when you feed on positive energy, you have a much more serene outlook on life and you have the strength to fight against all the negativity of the modern world.

We live in a society where time has become money. We work a lot to earn more money so that we can live and indulge in small pleasures such as a trip, a good wine or an elegant dress. But, time has also become money when you are supposed to rest and relax.

YouTube pays you when people watch your vacation videos or your kids discover animals in a zoo. Instagram pays you for the number of subscribers who follow and like the photos of your meals or those of your pets. Everything is monetized!

It is therefore very easy to get carried away by modern technologies and the negativity that goes with it. By looking at what others are posting, we question a lot: Is my body perfect? Is my life rich and fulfilled? Do I have the perfect boyfriend?

All of these questions and doubts create feelings of anxiety, depression and negativity. But, we forget the fact that positive thoughts attract positive people and positive events in our life. We have therefore prepared a list of 10 sentences that you must remember every morning when you wake up.

Ever heard someone say that they felt like everything was going wrong in their life? Or, maybe you have already experienced this feeling? The explanation is simple: we are so overwhelmed by everyday problems that we forget that there is something positive hidden in every situation. 1. I am blessed: I am lucky to be alive and I have a precious life. I’m not going to waste it.

You have achieved so much in your life: you are independent, strong and intelligent. You have a job that appeals to you, friends who care about you, and a family who supports you. You may be going through a period of doubt but don’t forget to be thankful for everything you have. Gratitude has incredible power. And don’t forget: what you take for granted is just a dream for someone else. So appreciate what you have!

2. I am a good person, inside and out.

You are marvelous ! Yes, you have faults. You are stubborn or have a few extra pounds. But these imperfections make you who you are. Learn to love them and take our word for it: the people who care about you love them too. You have a heart of gold and do not seek to harm others. You are an attractive and beautiful woman: you are a good person.

3. I will use all my energies to develop myself and to open my heart to others.

Mastering your energies is imperative to control your body and mind. Thanks to them, you can choose to live a healthy and peaceful life (provided you use them wisely). You are able to move mountains to reach your goals and you have the power to help others. If you manage to understand that you must focus your energies on positive goals, you will become someone accomplished and living your life to the fullest.

4. Everything will be fine for me.

You are an incredibly strong person. Look at what you have already accomplished in your life. Stop doubting your abilities. The strength that led you there will continue to carry you for the rest of your life. Trust yourself, you have the qualities necessary to realize your dreams and to live a happy and complete life.

5. I am ready to accept all the things that I cannot change.

Sometimes life gives you lemons. Sometimes you can use them to make a lemonade; sometimes not. It’s life ! Work to change what you can and learn to accept what you cannot change.

Is it raining and your moonlit romantic walk has fallen into the water? Don’t worry, watch a romantic movie instead. After all, you can’t control the rain. Has your candidacy for the position of director been refused because you don’t have enough experience? No problem. Work a few more years and re-apply once you have the required experience.

6. Life is what I decide to do with it. Today, I choose to see life for what it really is: a precious gift.

Life is not what your boyfriend, family, friends or boss decides to do with it. You are the queen of your destiny. No matter what is happening today, or tomorrow, remember: no situation can define you. You can waste your time being depressed or you can choose to be happy. These two feelings require the same effort, so opt for positivity!

7. These pants look great on me!

Stop questioning your body. The beauty standards of our modern society and the influx of social networks which have no limits have changed our perception of the female body. But, we have to accept the idea that we are all different and that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Accept your body as it is: you are beautiful and attractive. And, these new jeans fit you very well!

8. I will be positive towards others. I will not be angry and I will have no negative thoughts towards others.

Always try to be good. Positivity will help you step back in certain difficult situations. You must remain positive towards yourself but also towards others. Accept them as they are. If someone hurts you, forgive them and move on. Don’t let a bad experience intoxicate your day or affect your state of mind. It would not be good for your mental and spiritual state.

9. I will enjoy the time I spend with others.

We get so caught up in routine or everyday problems that we forget our loved ones. Time is sacred and life is short: disconnect from social networks and enjoy the time you have to share with your family or friends. Otherwise, later, you will regret not having been present at your best friend’s birthday or to celebrate your partner’s accomplishment.

10. Today is going to be a great day.

Each day brings its share of challenges and problems but also of opportunities. Each situation has a positive side and it is up to you to make the effort to find it. Remember that you are in control of your life and your destiny. So if you think you are going to have a good day, you are going to have one.

Love and success are not the keys to happiness. Happiness lies in our vision of the world. If we are positive, we are much more serene and therefore happy. Go for positivity and forget about negativity!
